Our
Unconditional Guarantee
We strive for excellence and complete customer satisfaction at all times. Our
reputation is on your shoulders if your expectations have not been met please
let us know.
We
guarantee our services within 48 hours of a haircut,
one week of a coloring.Our services cannot be guaranteed
if altered by another facility. Please note that our
chemical services can not be guaranteed unless you are
using professional products recommended by your stylist.
Schedules
And Cancellations
We have designed our scheduling system to ensure enough time has been set aside
for your service(s). Your punctuality is greatly appreciated. Please understand
that in consideration for all of our guests your appointment may need to be
altered, and/or rescheduled if you arrive more than 15 minutes late.
In
the event that you do have to cancel an appointment please
call 24 hours in advance as it will allow us to offer
that time slot to other guests.
Service
Area & Children
For the safety and consideration of our guests and employee’s only those
receiving service will be permitted in the service area. For the safety of
children under the age of 10 who are or are not receiving services, adult supervision
is required in the waiting area.
Returns & Refunds
Any retail product deemed to be defective will be replaced for 30 days from
date of purchase. If a replacement cannot be obtained then a refund will
be provided in the form of a gift certificate. The returning of skin
care and/or make-up products is not permitted once opened.
Wireless
Phones Or Pagers
With consideration to all of our guests and employees we ask that you place
your wireless phones and pagers on silent or vibrate mode while visiting with
us.

Cards
We accept Mastercard, Visa, and American Express. Gratuities
can not be added to credit card or debit cards.
